Abstract


The main aspects of engineeringsupport of hotels and restaurants,water supply and sanitation, which influencethe environment, are highlighted in thearticle. Approaches to arrangement of tourisminfrastructure are suggested. The abovearticle is of great significance in terms ofrecommendations for applying energy savingtechnologies in public construction inorder to decrease operation expenses. Thearticle provides overview of methods for decreasing heat loss of surrounding constructionsof buildings and also the waysand equipment for using solar and wind energy.Taking into account the technologicalcomplexity of insulation for some buildingblocks (foundations), which leads to enormousmanual work, without using machinery,the actions concerning insulation proceduresought to be done at initial stagesof construction and decrease the amount ofcold bridges as much as possible. The authorof the above research also deals withthe issue of solar and wind energy used inhotels and restaurants, and the decreaseof using resources supplied by central engineeringpipelines. The minimum use ofenergy sources and switching enterprisesto alternative sources of energy will enablebusiness owners to decrease productioncosts of the provided services and receiveexpected revenues
