Abstract


The article deals with the hotel industry as an important component of the tourism industry. For the successful development of the hotel business a close monitoring competitive market, examining the advantages and disadvantages of their competitors are needed. In modern conditions hotel industry enterprises can not only use ineffective methods, they should use international experience to form their competitiveness. Hotel companies need to seek funds to strengthen their market position and pay special attention to the analysis and improvement of the competitiveness of services, using international experience form their own competitive advantages, increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry. To increase the competitiveness of the hotel is the pretty easy now. First of all, the quality of service delivery at all levels shold be improved. However, the key factor for success in the competition for the hotel business is a set of tools aimed at improving competitiveness.
