METHODICAL APPROACH TO THE FORMATION OF THE ENTERPRISES STRATEGIC CHANGES POTENTIAL

Abstract


The article suggests a structural model of formation of the enterprises strategic changes potential. Main components of this potential are the following: a sequence of strategic change at the enterprise, methodical basis of strategic changes, organizational and informational support of this process. The feature of the presented methodical approach is that it is based on the need to account current economic realities of machinery enterprises of the Kharkiv region.
