Abstract


The article considers peculiarities of doing business in the international machinery industry, studies the structure and features of development of bearing industry. The analysis of business models used by industry leaders is conducted. They are based on active integration processes. Organizational forms of partnership and cooperation, the organizing patterns that shape the competitive advantages of bearings manufacturers are selected.
