DETERMINING THE IMPACT OF CENTER-PERIPHERAL RELATIONS OF UKRAINIAN REGIONS ON THEIR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

O.V. KOSYRIEVA

Abstract

The article analyzes and generalizes methods and models of typologization of Ukrainian regions within the “center-periphery” concept. Methodology guidelines on carrying out a comprehensive study of the impact of center-peripheral relations of regions of Ukraine on their socio-economic development on the basis of regional clusterization have been elaborated. Using the suggested approach a typologization of the country regions has been performed and the relative level and correlation of factors of socio-economic development of the determined regional structure has been identified.
