The Influence of Electron-Hole Exchange Interaction of Colloidal CdS Quantum Dots on the Value of the Resonant Stokes Shift

Анотація


On the basis of the model of the multiband valence band the exiton energy was calculated in the CdS nanocrystals as a function of quantum dot radius. The dependence of the resonance Stokes shift was analized and the comparison with the corresponding experimental data were provided.
